University College Cork’s Association for Computing Machinery (ACM) Student Chapter hosted the fifth annual Irish Collegiate Programming Competition (IrlCPC) on the 29th of March 2014.
The competition included 20 teams (undergraduate and postgraduate students) from Irish third level institutions.
An EEE Team coached by Dr. Emanuel Popovici won 2nd prize. The team consisted of David McCarthy, Tadhg Lambe and Alex Jaeger.
The first prize was won by a CS team from Trinity College and the third prize was won by a CS team from NUI Maynooth.
