Two Irish authors received prestigious paper awards at the International Solid State Circuits Conference (ISSCC) 2012 Plenary on February 20th.
David Murphy , a graduate of University College Cork and now at UCLA, was awarded the 2012 ISSCC distinguished paper award for his paper “A Blocker-Tolerant Wideband Noise-Cancelling Receiver with a 2dB Noise Figure”.
Colin Lyden from Analog Devices Cork was awarded the 2010 Journal of Solid State Circuits best paper award for the co-authored paper “An 18b 12.5 MS/s ADC With 93 dB SNR”.
